These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and milo4d ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the milo4d website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible athttps://milo4d.lat.

By accessing the milo4d platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the milo4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

milo4d is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users. These Terms are written in English and shall be construed accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Player / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR /RM) or any other accepted currency deposited into an Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by milo4d as part of a promotional offer, distinct from Real Money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account functions are unlocked.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful.
• "Sporting Event" refers to any live or scheduled sports competition available for betting on the Platform, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), and UFC events.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to server failure, natural disasters, or regulatory change.

To register and maintain an Account on milo4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. milo4d strictly enforces age verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
2. You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, or from any other gambling platform for reasons including fraud, cheating, or abuse of promotional offers.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be acting in a professional capacity that would create a conflict of interest with the integrity of the Platform's operations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification Requirements:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of address issued within the past three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or other accepted Malaysian financial institution).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, where required.

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request exceding the minimum threshold can be processed. milo4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC at any time.

milo4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following verified payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• milo4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
• milo4d reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit at its sole discretion if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the milo4d compliance team.
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though milo4d reserves the right to apply daily limits at its discretion.
4. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. These are estimated timeframes and not contractual guarantees.
5. Bonus Funds and any winings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable.
6. milo4d may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially suspicious.

milo4d offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, per IP address, and per device. Abuse of bonus offers across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied in full before any associated bonus or-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus offers have stated expiry dates. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• milo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• milo4d reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is detected in connection with a bonus claim.

Specific Wagering Requirements for individual promotions — including the milo4d Welcome Bonus (up to MYR 2,880) and the Refer A Friend reward (RM50 per referral) — are stated on the relevant promotions page and are subject to change at any time.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the milo4d sports betting and casino platforms:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after submission unless the Platform experiences a technical fault that demonstrably affected the bet outcome.
• milo4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect or eroneous odds due to pricing errors, technical faults, or data feed issues.
• In the event of a Sporting Event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the applicable settlement timeframe, milo4d's settlement rules will apply as stated in the sport-specific rules applicable to that market.
• milo4d reserves the right to limit or decline any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where abnormally large stakes are detected.
• All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, AFC, and UFC — are subject to the applicable sport-specific settlement rules available within the Platform.
• Results are official once confirmed by the relevant governing body. milo4d's decision on the settlement of all markets is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milo4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer environments.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technology.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically exploiting wagering requirements, using bonus funds for matched or arbitrage betting, or coordinating with other players to abuse offers.
• Making deposits or withdrawals from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds for wagering.

milo4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial distress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal entertainment purpose only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written consent of milo4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milo4d shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures that prevent access to the Platform or cause loss of active game sessions.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses due to bonus forfeiture.
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider delays or errors, beyond milo4d's reasonable control.
• Any Force Majeure event that disrupts Platform operations or settlement of bets.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the milo4d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

milo4d collects and processes personal data — including identification documents, payment information, and wagering history — for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, and FPX service providers) is limited to what is necessary to facilitate your transactions.

Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the milo4d support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Termination by milo4d: milo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or attempted manipulation of games or markets.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Where required by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

In cases of Account termination for cause, milo4d may withold balances pending investigation. Any forfeiture of funds will be communicated to the affected player.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your milo4d account, a specific game outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter relating to these Terms, you should follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the milo4d customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Provide your account details, the nature of the dispute, and any relevant reference numbers or timestamps.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may request escalation to milo4d's compliance team. All escalated complaints will receive a written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Resolution: milo4d's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical faults, or settlement of bets shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

milo4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
